JEE Main 2025 Session 2 April 3 question paper follows the official marking scheme set by NTA. The total marks for the exam are 300, with 75 questions divided equally among Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Each subject consists of two sections:

  • Section A includes 20 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) per subject.

  • Section B consists of 5 numerical value questions (NVQs) per subject.

For every correct answer, 4 marks are awarded. In the case of MCQs, 1 mark is deducted for each incorrect response, while there is no negative marking for numerical value-based questions. Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry each carry 100 marks, making the total marks 300.
