Candidates should focus on the Modern Physics section, which carries significant weightage in the exam.
Modern Physics (Highest Weightage): Briefly review Bohr’s Atomic Model, Photoelectric Effect, and De Broglie wavelength. These are usually direct and high-scoring.
Current Electricity & Electrostatics: Revise Kirchhoff’s laws, resistance colour codes, and capacitor combinations.
Semiconductors: Ensure you remember the truth tables for Logic Gates—this is almost a guaranteed 4-mark question.
Experimental Physics: Under the 2026 NTA pattern, topics like Vernier Callipers and Screw Gauge have seen increased weightage in Section B.
Revise the Organic and Inorganic important formulas in the revision.
Inorganic (NCERT is King): Quickly flip through Coordination Compounds (naming and hybridisation) and p-block/d-block trends.
Organic Chemistry: Do not solve mechanisms now. Instead, glance at Named Reactions (Aldol, Cannizzaro, Reimer-Tiemann) and the acidity/basicity orders in GOC.
Physical Chemistry: Focus on the "formula trigger." Check the Nernst Equation (Electrochemistry) and first-order rate laws (Kinetics).
JEE Main high-scoring topics on the last day from Mathematics include Matrices, Calculus, and Statistics topics.
Vector & 3D Geometry: These are highly predictable. Revise the shortest distance between lines and the scalar triple product.
Matrices & Determinants: Focus on the properties of adjoints and Cramer’s Rule for solving linear equations.
Calculus: Quickly review standard limits and the properties of Definite Integrals (especially the "King’s Property").
