JoSAA Seat Matrix For 2024 : The authorities have not yet released the JoSAA seat matrix for 2024; in the meantime, candidates can view the JoSAA seat matrix that was published by the official authorities for the previous year. There were 17385 IIT seats, 23954 NIT seats, 7746 IIIT seats, and 8067 GFTI seats in the JoSAA seat matrix 2023.
Joint Seat Allocation Authority, or JoSAA, is an organization whose organizing committee is the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD). JoSAA Seat Allotment in 2024
The JEE Main and JEE Advanced percentile scores determine the JoSAA seat matrix and distribution. Following that, the candidates are given their seats; if they would like to withdraw them, they may. JoSAA counseling typically consists of six sessions. The JoSAA round 1 seat allotment for 2024 was released by the authorities on June 30, 2024. Candidates may vacate their seats and sit for the following round if they are assigned to a location that is too far from their current one and they are not willing to move. JoSAA Document Reporting and Verification
Candidates for JoSAA counseling must present original documentation when they report to the relevant college. The following are some crucial points:- There will be several rounds of JoSAA counseling—typically up to six rounds.
- The candidates are asked to report to their respective colleges, as stated by the officials.
- Following the counseling session, candidates have to wait for the college to release the list of those who are selected.
- They have to pay the admission fee if they make the shortlist.
- Finally, it is mandatory to report to the designated college.
