This includes brochures with important information and response sheets asking for recruitment details. These are also sent electronically.
- Response Collection : Companies fill out the response sheets and return them via email or post to the Training and Placement Departments of the NITs.
- Scheduling : Once the NITs receive the details, the placement officer and coordinators contact the company to arrange a suitable date for the campus placement process.
- Arrangements : The company provides travel plans, and the NIT makes arrangements for pre-placement talks, the placement process itself, and any follow-up activities.
- Job Offers : After the selection process, the company makes job offers. Students sign their offer letters, which are then sent back to the company through the Training and Placement Department.
