To be considered for IPMAT Indore, candidates must satisfy the following:
Age: Born on or after August 1, 2006 (5-year relaxation for SC/ST/PwD candidates, i.e., born on or after August 1, 2001).
Qualifying Exam: Passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent in 2024, 2025, or appearing in 2026.
Minimum Marks: While IIM Indore does not mandate a specific minimum percentage for the entrance test, candidates must have passed Standard X/SSC. Note that participating institutes like IIM Ranchi may require 60% (55% for reserved).
The exam is divided into three sections with a total duration of 120 minutes (40 minutes per section).
