The Integrated Program in Management (IPM) at IIM Jammu is a comprehensive, five-year, full-time program. Eligible candidates for this program should have successfully completed their 10+2 examinations and obtained valid scores in the JIPMAT examination.

IIM Jammu IPMAT 2023:  Key Highlights

1. IIM Jammu Ranking: IIM Jammu is highly ranked in India, securing the 36th position in the MHRD's NIRF Ranking 2022 among the top 125 management institutes. It is also accredited by AACSB International, a renowned international accreditation body.
2. CAT Not Required: The IIM Jammu IPM is a Dual Degree Programme, BBM+MBA, which can be pursued after completing class 12 without the need to appear for the CAT exam, provided you have completed three years of BBA.
3. IIM Jammu IPM Fee: The five-year IPM program at IIM Jammu has a fee of Rs. 33.21 lakhs for BBA+MBA.
4. Combined Placements: On successful completion of their courses, IPM and MBA students participate in a combined placement process. Companies do not differentiate between CAT-qualified and IPM students. In the final placements of 2023, IIM Jammu achieved a highest salary of Rs. 64 LPA and an average salary of Rs. 16.43 LPA. The first batch of the IIM Jammu IPM Programme will graduate in 2026.
5. Specialization Areas: The program offers specializations in key management areas such as Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Operations Supply Chain & Decision Sciences, HR, IT System & Analytics.
6. Internships: Students undertake a mandatory Social Internship at the end of Semester III and a compulsory Summer Internship at the end of Semester IV, gaining real-world industry experience.
7. Pedagogic Innovations: Teaching methods emphasize practical experience, critical thinking, and problem-solving through case studies, group discussions, and business simulations, rather than rote learning.
8. International Exposure: In the third year of the IPM program, students have the opportunity to participate in an international exchange program with partner institutions, providing global exposure.
9. Multiple Exit Options: Students have the flexibility to exit the program after each year up to the third year, with the option to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, in accordance with the New Education Policy 2020 and completion of the required criteria.

IIM Jammu IPMAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• Eligibility: Candidates must have passed Standard XII/HSC or equivalent exams in 2021, 2022, or be appearing in 2023. They should have a minimum of 60% in Standard X/SSC and Standard XII/HSC (55% for SC/ST/PwD).
• Selection Process: IIM Jammu uses JIPMAT scores for admission, focusing on entrance exam scores and gender diversity. No GD-PI-WAT is involved.
• Merit List: The JIPMAT score holds a 95% weightage in the merit list.
• Offer Acceptance: Admitted candidates must pay an offer acceptance amount of Rs. 50,000/-, which is adjusted against Semester I Fee. Withdrawals within the specified date incur a Rs. 1,000/- processing charge; withdrawals after this date result in no refund.

IIM Jammu IPMAT Fee Structure

• If a candidate withdraws their acceptance within the specified timeframe, the IIM Jammu IPMAT Offer Acceptance Amount will be refunded, subject to a deduction of Rs. 1000 as processing charges.
