1. Cover the Complete Legal Syllabus

Start by listing all the subjects included in your post-wise syllabus. Study them one by one. Avoid leaving any listed subject without preparation.

2. Focus on the Acts Mentioned

Many subjects in Part-B are based on specific Acts and laws. Read the relevant provisions carefully. Make short revision notes for important concepts and provisions.

3. Prepare Part-A Alongside

Part-A carries 30% weightage. Prepare General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude and English along with the legal subjects. Regular practice can help you maintain balance between both sections.

4. Revise the New Criminal Laws

The syllabus includes the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Give these subjects dedicated revision time.

4. Study AAI-Related Laws

The syllabus includes the AAI Act, 1994 and the Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024. Read these laws carefully and revise the topics covered during your preparation.

5. Practise Time Management

The examination has a two-hour duration for 120 marks. Practise solving questions within the available time. This can help you manage both Part-A and Part-B during the CBT.

The AAI Law Officer Syllabus gives 70% weightage to subjects related to educational qualifications. Part-A covers General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, English and related areas.

For Junior Executive, Part-B includes 15 legal subjects. The Manager syllabus includes these subjects along with five additional laws. You should follow the syllabus applicable to your post and give greater study time to Part-B because of its higher weightage.
