Haryana ADA Vacancy 2026 latest update: HPSC has released an official announcement dated 21 May 2026 inviting fresh applications for the post of Assistant District Attorney (Group-B) under Advertisement No. 18/2025. The Screening Test is now scheduled for 5 July 2026 and the Subject Knowledge Test (Mains) for 9 August 2026. The online application window is open from 25 May to 29 May 2026 (up to 5:00 PM). Latest Updates: Haryana ADA Vacancy 2026

The recruitment for District Assistant Attorney follows a three-stage process: Screening Test (Prelims), Subject Knowledge Test (Mains), and Interview.   • Screening test will now include:
    • At least 50% questions from Law subjects
    • Remaining 50% from GK, GS, Reasoning, Maths, and Current Affairs

Shortlisting Criteria Changed:

  • Earlier: 4× candidates shortlisted for Mains
  • Now: 10× candidates will be shortlisted, increasing chances

  • Screening test is qualifying in nature, but higher scores help in shortlisting
