The written test will be a pen-and-paper-based exam conducted using OMR sheets. The paper pattern features a total of 120 multiple-choice questions (100 questions from core Law subjects and 20 questions tracking Logical Reasoning, Mental Ability, and General Knowledge).

Punjab ADA exam pattern is a pen-paper OMR-based MCQ test conducted in English only. It has 120 questions for 480 marks, carries 4 marks per question, and includes 1 mark negative marking for each wrong answer.
Part A: Subject-based questions β 100 questions, 400 marks.
Part B: Logical Reasoning, Mental Ability, and General Knowledge β 20 questions, 80 marks.
