AILET 2026 Application Started (Aug 7, 2025), Application Fee, and Documents Required

AILET 2026 Application Form: NLU Delhi has started the AILET 2026 registration process today, August 7, 2025, on its official website nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The official notification for AILET 2026 was released earlier on June 17, 2025. This exam is for admission to the 2026-27 academic session. Interested candidates can fill out the application form online. The last date to apply is November 10, 2025.

The National Law University, Delhi, has opened the AILET 2026 application form window from 7th August 2025. The last date to fill out the AILET 2026 application form is 10 November 2025. Below are all the important dates:

AILET Eligibility Criteria 2026

AILET 2026 Eligibility Criteria gives details of the educational background required to appear for AILET 2026. For admission to BA LLB courses through AILET 2026, candidates need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.

• Aspirants must have completed their Class 12th from a recognized board. 
• For BA LLB admission, candidates need at least 45% (Gen category) aggregate marks in class 12th. 
• SC/ST candidates need only 40% aggregate marks to apply for AILET 2026. 
• Students currently in Class 12 are also eligible to apply for the BA LLB (Hons.) program through AILET. However, they must make sure to provide their final marksheet during the AILET 2026 counselling process if they are offered admission.

How to fill AILET 2026 Application Form?

Here is the step-by-step process to fill out the AILET 2026 application form. 

1. AILET Registration

• Visit the official NLU Delhi website at nludelhi.ac.in. 
• Click on the AILET 2026 admissions link. 
• Create your login account. Enter your basic details such as name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Set a password. 
• You will receive AILET 2026 login credentials via email or SMS. 

2. Fill in the AILET 2026 Application Form

• Log in to your AILET account using your username and password. 
• Enter required details like religion, category, nationality, education details, address, parent/guardian details, and exam centre preferences. Choose three from the available test centres. 

3. Upload Mandatory Documents

• Upload your recent passport-sized photograph and signature as per the specified format and size. If applicable, upload other documents such as category or domicile certificates and a valid photo ID.

4. Pay the application fee

• Pay the AILET application fee in online mode using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI through the payment gateway. 

5. Submit AILET application form

• Check out the details carefully before submitting the form. Agree to the terms and conditions, and submit the form.

Document Specifications for AILET 2026 Application Form

AILET Admit Card 2026

NLU Delhi will release the AILET admit card 2026 probably in the last week of November 2025. Candidates can download it from the official website at nludelhi.ac.in using their application number and password. Candidates must also carry a valid government-issued ID along with the AILET 2026 admit card.
