AILET 2026 Application Form will be available online from 1 August 2025 on the official website at nludelhi.ac.in for admission to 5-year LLB and LLM programs at the National Law University (NLU). The university will notify you about the last date of filing out the AILET 2026 application form shortly through the official notification. Before filing out the AILET 2026 application form, candidates must go through the AILET eligibility criteria as mentioned in the official notification.
Candidates from the Gen/OBC category need to pay Rs 3,500, while SC/ST and PwD candidates have to pay Rs 1500 as the AILET 2026 application fee. AILET Eligibility Criteria 2026
AILET 2026 Eligibility Criteria gives details of the educational background required to appear for AILET 2026. For admission to BA LLB courses through AILET 2026, candidates need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria.
Aspirants must have completed their Class 12th from a recognized board.
For BA LLB admission, candidates need at least 45% (Gen category) aggregate marks in class 12th.
SC/ST candidates need only 40% aggregate marks to apply for AILET 2026.
Students currently in Class 12 are also eligible to apply for the BA LLB (Hons.) program through AILET. However, they must make sure to provide their final marksheet during the AILET 2026 counselling process if they are offered admission.
