What is BVP CET?

Bharati Vidyapeeth Common Entrance Test (BVP CET) is an entrance exam conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University for admission to its law programs, including BA LLB, BBA LLB, and 3-year LLB courses. The exam is held online and consists of 100 multiple-choice questions covering English, Legal Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, and Social Sciences. BVP CET 2025 Application Process

The BVP CET Law 2025 application process is currently ongoing on the official Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University website. Candidates must first register by providing basic personal details to generate a user ID and password. Once registered aspirants must complete their BVP CET application form and submit it before the last date. The application fee is Rs 1700 and can be paid via net banking or card payment. The last date to submit the application is June 12-13, 2025, depending on the course. 

BVP CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates have to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to secure admission to 3-year and 5-year law programs at the university. 

BVP CET 2025 Exam Pattern

The BVP CET Law 2025 exam pattern is designed to assess candidates' knowledge and aptitude for law through a structured format. The exam includes 100 multiple-choice questions divided equally into four sections: English Grammar, Usage & Comprehension, Legal Aptitude, Analytical Ability & Logical Reasoning, Current Legal News & General Knowledge, and Social Sciences with emphasis on the Indian Constitution and Political System. Each question carries one mark, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. The exam is conducted for 2 hours in online mode at allotted exam centers.

BVP CET 2025 Exam Syllabus

BVP CET 2025 syllabus covers four main sections, each carrying 25 marks. These sections are English Grammar, Usage and Comprehension; Legal Aptitude, Analytical Ability and Logical Reasoning, Current Legal News and General Knowledge, and Social Sciences The syllabus tests candidates' proficiency in language skills, legal knowledge, reasoning abilities, and awareness of current affairs and social sciences relevant to law. Familiarity with this syllabus is crucial for effective exam preparation, enabling candidates to focus on relevant areas and enhance their performance in the entrance test.

BVP CET 2025 Admit Card

The BVP CET Law 2025 admit card was released on 20 June 2025. Candidates can download the admit card from the official Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University website by logging in with their application number and password. The admit card contains essential details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, time, and venue, and must be carried to the exam center along with a valid photo ID.

BVP CET 2025 Result

BVP CET Law 2025 result will be declared online on June 28, 2025, for both 3-year and 5-year LLB programs by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune. Candidates can access their results by logging into the official university website using their registered ID and password. The result will include marks obtained, rank, roll number, and provisional qualification status. Qualified candidates will be eligible to participate in the online counseling and seat allotment process scheduled in July 2025.

BVP CET 2025 Qualifying Marks

BVP CET Law 2025 qualifying marks are the minimum marks for each category that candidates have to score for qualifying the exam. The university sets the final cutoff based on factors like the number of applicants and seat availability. The qualifying marks for BVP CET 2025 are as follows. 

BVP CET 2025 Counselling

BVP CET counselling 2025 will begin on July 9, 2025, for the 3-year LLB program, and from July 10 to 12, 2025, for the 5-year LLB courses. The process includes registration, document submission and verification, seat allotment based on merit and availability, and payment of the course fee to confirm admission. BVP CET counselling will be conducted offline at designated centres in Pune and New Delhi, where candidates must present original documents along with photocopies. 

BVP CET 2025 Cutoff

BVP CET Law 2025 cutoff marks will be released after the declaration of the exam results. These are the minimum qualifying marks candidates must secure to be eligible for admission. The cutoff varies based on factors such as the number of applicants, seat availability, exam difficulty, and category-wise reservation policies.
