BVP CET LLB 2024 Exam Pattern: Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University conducts BVP CET Law exams for admission to various UG and PG law programs like BA LLB, BBA LLB, 3-year LLB, and LLM programs offered by New Law College, Pune. The BVP CET LLB Exam 2024 is an objective paper consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions based on the English Language, Legal Aptitude, Social Sciences, Current Affairs and General Knowledge, and Analytical and Logical Reasoning. Candidates are given 120 minutes to complete the BVP CET LLB Exam. For every correct answer, candidates get 1 mark, while for wrong answers or unanswered questions, there is no penalty. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their merit for admission to the university.

BVP CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
To gain admission to a 3-year and 5-year LLB law course at the Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune candidates must adhere to the eligibility criteria as notified on the official website. Detailed BVP CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria are mentioned below.For a 3-year LLB law program
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree from any recognized university with at least 45% marks if they belong to the general category and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC category.
- The maximum age limit of the candidates as per the official notification should not be beyond 30 years for the general category and 35 years for the SC/ST/OBC category to appear for the exam.
For a 5-year LLB law program
- Candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination from any recognized board with at least 45% marks if they belong to the general category and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC category
- For the 5-year law program, the candidates must be more than 20 years of age for the general category and 22 years if they belong to the SC/ST/OBC category to sit for the BVP CET Law Exam 2024.
