- Eligibility: Indian nationals and NRIs seeking admission to the UG programs can appear for CLAT 2025 . Foreign nationals are not eligible to appear for the exam.

- NRI/NRI Sponsored/Foreign National Seats: For NRI/NRI-sponsored or Foreign National seats, candidates are advised to consult the e-brochures and websites of the respective NLUs. All NRI candidates must appear for CLAT 2025, and some NLUs admit NRI candidates directly. Candidates must also apply separately to those universities.
