How is CLAT 2026 Rank List Determined?

CLAT 2026 Rank List: Tie Breaking Policy
In case two or more candidates get the same CLAT rank, the authorities have outlined the tie-breaking policy to break the tie. Here are details of the CLAT Tie Breaking Policy 2026:
- In case two or more candidates score the same in CLAT 2026, the candidate scoring higher in the Legal Aptitude or Legal Reasoning section will be given preference.
- If the tie remains, the older candidate (based on date of birth) will be ranked higher.
- If the tie still remains, a computerized draw of lots is conducted to determine the final ranking.
