Allahabad HC Hearing on CLAT 2026 Merit List Revision

A petition was filed in the Allahabad High Court by Avneesh Gupta challenging the CLAT 2026 final answer key. The petitioner argued that three of his objections were acknowledged by the consortium’s expert committee. The Allahabad High Court had directed the consortium to include these objections and revise the CLAT 2026 results. The Consortium postponed the release of the CLAT 2026 third merit list. The Special Appeal hearing in the matter took place on February 20, 2026. It is before a division bench of Hon’ble Justice Saumitra Dayal Singh and Hon’ble Justice Vivek Saran.
