If you find any mismatch or error in the official CAT 2025 answer key against the answers you marked in the exam, here’s how you can raise an objection:
Visit the official CAT website and log in using your CAT user ID and password.
Navigate to the “Objection Form” (or “Objection Management”) section.
Select the section and question number for which you want to raise an objection.
Provide a clear reason or explanation, and upload supporting documents or reference materials to justify the objection.
Pay the required objection fee for each question challenged.
Submit the form and keep a copy of the confirmation for future reference.
Candidates need to submit the challenge fee online, and the refund is processed if the objection is accepted:
The fee to challenge one question in the provisional answer key is Rs. 1,200 per question.
Payment must be done online (debit/credit card, net banking, etc.).
If your objection is accepted, the authorities will refund your fee.
If the objection is rejected, the fee will not be refunded.
Once submitted, objections can’t be edited or changed, so double-check before you submit.
