IIFT MBA Admission 2027: Registration, CAT 2026 and Selection Process

The IIFT MBA 2027 admission process has started for students who want to join the 2027–29 batch. Candidates can complete the admission process through the online mode from October 12, 2026 to November 25, 2026 (11:59 PM).

Admission to the IIFT institutions will be based on the CAT scores. Fill in the seperate admission form for the IIFT insitute admission.

The authority will conduct the shortlisting based on the CAT exam scores only followed by the GD PI and Interview.  Candidates need to appear for the CAT exam 2026  and take its scores for participating in the admission process.

IIFT MBA 2027 Courses

IIFT offers two MBA courses for the 2027–29 academic batch.

MBA in International Business

The MBA in International Business (MBA-IB) is designed for students who want to learn about business activities in India and other countries. The course covers important areas of management and international business.

MBA in Business Analytics

The MBA in Business Analytics (MBA-BA) focuses on business and data. Students learn how data can be used to understand business problems and make better decisions.

Steps to Register for IIFT MBA Admission 2027

Candidates can apply online through the official admission portal. The registration process includes the following steps. 

1. Visit the official website of IIFT. 

2. Select the New Registration option.

3. Enter the required basic details.

4. Submit the registration form.

5. Create a password and select a security question.

6. Note down the application number.

7. Complete the OTP verification.

8. Fill in the complete application form.

9. Pay the application fee.

10. Submit the completed form before the deadline.

CAT Scores For IIFT MBA Admission

Candidates seeking admission to IIFT MBA programmes must appear for CAT 2026. The CAT 2026 examination is scheduled for November 29, 2026.

The CAT 2026 score will be used for shortlisting candidates for the next stage of the IIFT MBA admission process. Candidates should therefore prepare well for the examination and follow the official CAT schedule.

IIFT MBA 2027 Selection Process

IIFT MBA 2027 Selection Process depends on the CAT exam scores. 

The shortlist for the second round is expected in the last week of January 2027. Candidates who are shortlisted may have to take part in Group Discussions (GD) and Interviews from February 2027 onwards.

The final result is expected in the last week of April 2027. The selected students are expected to begin the MBA programme in June 2027.
