IIM Lucknow Summer Placement Report 2026: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has released its Summer Placement Report for the 2026 graduating batch.

This placement drive included students from the 40th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 21st batch of the Postgraduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM).

In total, participating companies made 5,676 offers across various management domains and industry sectors. The highest stipend is ₹3.95 lakh per month, and the median stipend is ₹1.50 lakh per month. 

IIM Lucknow Summer Placement Report 2026 Overview

IIM Lucknow summer placement session witnessed participation across all major domains. Both average and median compensation packages reflected steady recruitment numbers across the participating batches.

(Note: Highest stipend was also noted as ₹3.59 lakh per month in initial disclosures).

Total Offers Recorded in Summer Placements 2026

IIM Lucknow recorded 5,676 offers during its summer placement process. These offers show the level of participation by companies across different business areas.

Students can use summer internships to apply the knowledge gained in the classroom to real work. They can also learn new skills, understand workplace needs, and explore career options before completing their studies.

The total number of offers alone does not show how many students received offers, as one student may receive more than one offer. Therefore, the offer count should be understood as the total offers recorded during the process.

IIM Lucknow Domain-Wise Placement Statistics

Recruiters offered roles across major management domains including Finance, Consulting, Operations, and Product Management. Finance recorded the highest individual stipend, while Consulting secured the highest median package. The highest stipend offered in the finance domain is ₹3.95 lakh; in consulting, it is ₹3.00 lakh; and in product, it is ₹2.20 lakh. The median stipend per month is around ₹1.50 lakh to ₹2.00 lakh.
