NMAT Registration 2025 has started on 1 August, as officially announced. The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) will conduct the NMAT 2025 exam for admission to over 50 B-schools across India, the Philippines, South Africa, Hungary, Nigeria, and Morocco.
NMAT 2025 will be hosted by GMAC within a test window. Candidates will be able to attempt this exam thrice during this test window. Candidates will have to complete the NMAT Registration 2025 for the first exam attempt. Candidates must complete the NMAT retake registration for the remaining two attempts.
The registration for NMAT 2025 has started today, 1 August 2025. Interested candidates can now apply online by visiting the official NMAT website. The registration process will remain open till 10 October 2025, so make sure to complete your application before the deadline. NMAT is accepted by over 60 top management schools in India and abroad, making it a great option for MBA aspirants.
GMAC conducts the NMAT Exam within a test window. Candidates preparing to appear for the exam have the facility to choose their NMAT 2025 Exam Date through the NMAT slot booking process.

The registration fee for NMAT 2025 is ₹3,000 (plus taxes), and you are allowed up to three attempts within the exam window. Minimum 50% aggregate marks bachelor's level exam. Minimum score requirements may vary across participating colleges.
Candidates with work experience are also eligible for the NMAT exam.
Registering for NMAT is simple and can be done entirely online. You need to create an account on the NMAT portal using your email ID, fill in your personal and academic information, select the B-schools where you want to send your scores, upload a recent photograph, and pay the exam fee. After this, you can schedule your test date as per your convenience between 5 November and 19 December 2025.
Candidates eligible for the NMAT Exam are required to fill out the NMAT application form before the last date. GMAC provides the NMAT exam registration online on its official website, mba.com. Candidates can also check the steps below to register for NMAT:
Candidates will need to create an account on mba.com by providing details, including name, email ID, mobile number, etc.
Candidates will then complete email verification to access the NMAT by GMAC dashboard.
From the dashboard, candidates will proceed to fill in personal, academic, and communication details.
Add school preferences for admissions through NMAT 2025.
Choose ID proof and provide the ID number. Candidates have to carry the same ID card for verification at the test centre.
Accept all terms and conditions by clicking on the ‘I Agree’ button.
Lastly, pay the NMAT registration fee using the preferred mode of payment.

With the NMAT Exam, GMAC offers three attempts during the testing window. All the candidates get the facility to choose their exam slot and test centers using the NMAT Scheduling Window. NMAT Scheduling is designed to help candidates plan their preparation and exam accordingly, as the candidates get to choose the option to schedule their first exam attempt soon after registration. Only the candidates who complete the NMAT slot booking process will be able to download the NMAT 2025 admit card.
Candidates are allowed by GMAC to retake the NMAT exam twice after the regular exam. NMAT retake is allowed within the test window notified by GMAC. The NMAT dashboard will host the exam retake registration once the candidate appears for their first attempt. Candidates will be required to pay the application fee for NMAT 2025 again for each retake. Some NMAT colleges might only accept the first NMAT attempt. Participating colleges in the NMAT may also accept the best of three scores for admissions.
