Step 1: Generate Registration ID
Visit aiimsexams.org or go to mdmsmch.aiimsexams.ac.in/Login#!
Click on ‘Academic Courses’.
Select ‘MD/ MS/ MCh (6 years)/ DM (6 years)/ MDS’.
Click ‘Proceed’.
On the PAAR Basic Registration page, select ‘Click here for new basic registration’.
Read the instructions carefully and click ‘Proceed’.
Fill in the Basic Registration form with correct details.
Check the declaration box and click ‘Generate Registration ID and Password’.
Note the registration ID and password. You will also receive them on your registered email and mobile.
Step 2: Upload Images
Log in with your registration ID and password.
A pre-filled form will appear. Click ‘Proceed’ to continue.
To make corrections, click ‘Edit’, make changes, and click ‘Proceed’.
Upload your photograph, signature, and thumb impression, and agree to the declaration.

Log in to the applicant zone.

If rejected, use the correction window to fix errors.
