Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2024:The Karnataka NEET PG 2024 second stray vacancy round seat allotment result was revised and published on March 17, 2025, on the official KEA website. The KEA NEET PG registration process concluded on March 4, 2025, with the fee payment deadline on March 5, 2025. The revised dates were announced after the NEET PG 2024 cutoff percentile was lowered to the 5th percentile for all categories. Earlier, there was an error where five candidates allotted seats in round-3 were mistakenly included in the stray vacancy round; the final seat allotment result will be reissued soon. The provisional seat allotment result for the mop-up round was released in January 2025, and the document submission deadline for the stray vacancy round was February 19, 2025. KEA NEET PG counselling is conducted for admission to 50% state quota and 100% private medical college seats. Candidates who qualify for NEET PG can apply for counselling, and all relevant seat allotment results and admission orders are available on the official website.

Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2024 Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Candidates who have passed MBBS from the Karnataka state or have studied in the state for 10 years including class 10 or 12th are eligible for government seat in Karnataka NEET PG counselling.
• Education: The candidate must have completed an MBBS degree from a medical university recognised by the NMC to register for a private medical seat.
• Entrance exam: The candidate must have qualified for the NEET PG 2024.
• Internship: The candidate must have completed their mandatory one-year MBBS internship .
• Registration: The candidate must have NMC or SMC registration.

Eligibility Criteria for Candidates Applying for Government Seats

• The candidate should have completed their MBBS from a recognized institution within Karnataka.
• Candidates who have obtained their MBBS degree from an institution outside Karnataka, but have studied in the state for at least 10 years (including classes X or XII), are also eligible to apply for Karnataka NEET PG counselling.

How to Apply For Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2024?

• Register on the official website of KEA with their NEET PG 2024 application details.
• The registration process will include creating a login ID and completing the Karnataka NEET PG application form.
• Once the application form is submitted candidates will have to pay the application fee.
• After the application process is completed the candidate must print two copies of the duly filled application form.
• Candidates must keep payment receipt of the application fee.

NEET PG 2024: NBE Revises Cutoff Percentile for Eligibility

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has revised the cutoff percentile for NEET PG 2024. The updated qualifying scores are provided below. Only candidates meeting the minimum revised cutoff are eligible for participation in the counselling process. In cases where the number of qualified candidates is fewer than three times the available seats, NBE further adjusts the cutoff percentile.

• Based on the availability of seats in their respective categories candidates will need to provide their preference to colleges in Karnataka NEET PG Counselling choice filling process.
