Must have qualified NEET PG 2025.
Should have an MBBS/BDS degree from a recognized institution.
Must complete a 12-month internship by 31 July, 2025.
Must be a domicile of Madhya Pradesh or completed MBBS/BDS from a college in MP for state quota.
Non-domicile candidates are eligible for management quota in private colleges.

Online Registration – Go to https://dme.mponline.gov.in and complete your registration by entering your NEET PG 2025 details, mobile number, and creating a password.
Fee Payment – Pay the required fees online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. Registration Fee: ₹500, Choice Filling Fee: ₹100, Portal Fee: ₹30
Document Upload –Upload clear scanned copies of your passport-size photo, signature, and essential documents like NEET PG scorecard, MBBS degree, internship certificate, and MP domicile certificate (if applicable).
Choice Filling & Locking – Select the medical colleges and PG courses you want to apply for. You can choose as many options as you like. Be sure to lock your choices before the last date.
Seat Allotment – Based on your NEET PG rank, category, and the choices you filled, seats will be allotted. The allotment result will be available online on the DME portal.
Reporting to Allotted College – Once you get a seat, visit the allotted college with your original documents and the required admission fee to confirm your seat.
Further Rounds – If you are not satisfied with your seat or didn’t get one, you can take part in Round 2, Mop-Up Round, or Stray Vacancy Round later.

In Madhya Pradesh NEET PG Counselling 2025, seats are divided based on the type of college, quota, and reservation rules. Knowing this seat breakup helps candidates understand their chances better during the counselling process.
50% of seats are reserved for the All India Quota (AIQ) and filled through national-level counselling.
The remaining 50% are State Quota seats meant for candidates who are domiciled in Madhya Pradesh.
