1. Publication of Revised In-Service Candidate Merit List
- Date: 14th February 2025
- The revised merit list for in-service candidates will be published, ensuring that the updated data is reflected for the counselling process.
2. Unlock Preference/Choice Filling Form for CAP-3
- Date: Until 4:00 PM on 14th February 2025 (server time)
- Candidates can unlock their preference or choice filling form for CAP-3. Please note that this is not mandatory; the previously locked choices will still be considered.
3. Declaration of Third Selection List (CAP-3)
- Date: 15th February 2025
- The third selection list for CAP-3 will be announced, confirming the candidates who have been allotted seats in this round.
4. Physical Joining at Allotted College
- Date: 16th February 2025 to 19th February 2025 up to 5:30 PM
- Candidates must join the allotted college in person, bringing all original documents and the requisite fees (via DD or cheque). Cheques will be accepted on holidays but must be replaced by a DD on the next working day.
5. Last Date for Admission Cancellation Without Penalty
- Date: 19th February 2025 up to 5:30 PM
- Candidates who wish to cancel their admission can do so by this date. However, they will forfeit the security deposit. Cancellation after this date will lead to the forfeiture of both the security deposit and an additional penalty.

The schedule is subject to changes based on further instructions from the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), National Medical Commission (NMC), and relevant government authorities.
Revised Tentative Schedule for Online Stray Vacancy Round-1 and 2
The Online Stray Vacancy Round is crucial for filling up remaining seats after the CAP rounds. The following is the revised tentative schedule for this round:
1. Publication of Seat Matrix for Stray Vacancy Round-1
- Date: 20th February 2025
- The seat matrix for the Online Stray Vacancy Round-1 will be published, showing the available seats for eligible candidates.
2. Online Preference/Choice Form Filling Process for Stray Vacancy Round
- Date: 20th February 2025 to 21st February 2025 (until 11:59 PM)
- Eligible candidates will be able to fill out their preference or choice form for the Stray Vacancy Round-1 during this time.
3. Declaration of Selection List for Stray Vacancy Round-1
- Date: 22nd February 2025
- The selection list for the Stray Vacancy Round-1 will be announced. Candidates who are allotted seats will be informed about the next steps.
4. Physical Joining at Allotted College for Stray Vacancy Round-1
- Date: 23rd February 2025 to 25th February 2025 up to 5:30 PM
- Candidates must report to their allotted college with all original documents and requisite fees (via DD or cheque) to confirm their admission.
5. Declaration of Selection List for Stray Vacancy Round-2 (if seats remain vacant)
- Date: 26th February 2025
- A second selection list will be published for Stray Vacancy Round-2 if there are still vacant seats available after Round-1.
6. Physical Joining at Allotted College for Stray Vacancy Round-2
- Date: 27th February 2025 to 28th February 2025 up to 5:30 PM
- Candidates allocated seats in Stray Vacancy Round-2 will need to join their allotted college in person by this deadline.
7. Cut-Off Date for Admission as Per MCC/NMC
- Date: 28th February 2025
- The final cut-off date for admission, as specified by MCC and NMC, will be observed. This date marks the closure of the admission process.
