The MCC has explicitly stated that the released NRI eligible list is provisional. Final admission depends entirely on the successful verification of original documents at the allotted medical college. This is a critical step in the admission process.
When reporting to the college, candidates must submit:
Valid proof of NRI status.
Relationship certificates (if applicable).
Sponsorship affidavit (if required).
Passport, visa, and other necessary supporting documents.
Should the allotted college identify any deficiency or mismatch in documents, they hold the full authority to cancel the NRI seat allotment immediately, even post-allotment.
Candidates applying through the NRI quota must present the original documents (NRI status proof, relationship certificates, etc.) at reporting to the Institute when they go to get admitted at their assigned Medical College. If documents are not provided in a timely manner, an applicant's admission will be cancelled. This notice, issued with the approval of the competent authority, advises candidates to adhere strictly to official MCC instructions to avoid errors during counselling.
