Admission Rules for AIIMS Colleges in India 2026 are based on NEET 2026 scores and follow the centralized MCC counselling process. Candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including age and academic requirements. Seat allotment is done strictly on merit, category reservation norms, and official counselling guidelines.

NEET UG is the sole entrance exam for MBBS admission to AIIMS. All 2,207 seats are filled via All India Quota through MCC counselling. There is no state quota for AIIMS seats.
Candidates must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2026. They need to pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. Minimum marks are 60% for General, 50% for SC/ST/OBC, and 45% for PwD. Clearing NEET UG 2026 is mandatory.
AIIMS institutes follow the central government reservation norms. These include 15% for SC, 7.5% for ST, and 27% for OBC. An additional 10% is for EWS, and 5% for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwD).
