Steps To Fill NEET 2025 Application Form

Filling the NEET 2025 application form correctly is crucial to ensure a smooth admission process. Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete your registration without errors.

Step 1: Login page for new candidates and already existing candidates. 

• Login Page for New and Existing Candidates: New candidates must register by providing their details while existing candidates can log in using their application number and password.

• Read Instructions Carefully: Read all instructions before proceeding. Click on "Proceed" to move to the next step.

Step 2: Personal details page of the application form

• Fill in Personal Details: Enter full name, parents' names, date of birth, gender, address, email, mobile number, password, and security pin.

• Review Registration Details: Check all details carefully. Edit if needed; otherwise, submit the form.

• SMS Authentication and OTP Verification: Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and submit.

• Generation of Application Number: An application number is generated. Note it for future reference.

• Application Status Page: Displays completed and pending sections. Click "Register Personal Details" to continue.

Step 4: Personal credentials page in the application form

• Fill Personal Credentials: Enter and save personal details. Click "Save & Next."

• Identity Verification: Choose an identity document and submit it. Optionally enter APAAR ID.

• Select Exam Center and Medium: Choose preferred exam cities and question paper language. Save and continue.

Step 5: Entering the qualification details of the candidate

• Enter Qualification and Additional Details: Fill in academic details, twin status, past NEET attempts, and emergency contacts. Verify emergency details via OTP.

Step 6: Uploading of the necessary documents by the candidate 

• Upload Required Documents: Upload passport-size photo, signature, category/disability certificate (if applicable). Review and submit.

Step 7: Fee payment by the candidate.

• Pay Application Fee: Pay via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Paytm.

Step 8: Confirmation Page

• Download Confirmation Page: After successful payment, download and print confirmation for future reference.

NEET 2025 Application Form Rejection Reasons

Before submitting your NEET 2025 application form, make sure to check the eligibility criteria and follow the application process carefully.

• It is important to verify that your photograph and signature are clear. If either is blurry or cannot clearly identify you, your application will be rejected. 

Note: No corrections or revisions will be allowed after submission.

• Your application will be considered incomplete if Step 3 or the payment process is not finished. Incomplete applications will be rejected, and no further correspondence will be entertained.

• Applications containing false or fabricated information will be rejected, and the candidates will be disqualified from appearing in future exams by NTA. Legal action may be taken, and penalties imposed.

• Incomplete applications or those not following the guidelines will be rejected without further notice.

• Applications with unclear photographs or missing photographs will also be rejected.

• Online application forms without signatures will be rejected. Additionally, unclear left and right-hand fingerprints or thumb impressions in the online application will also lead to rejection."
