Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling Round 1 Result 2025 has been released by the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) on 18th August 2025. NEET Counselling is the only way for students to secure admission in MBBS and BDS courses in government and private medical colleges in the state. The Round 1 seat allotment list is published in PDF format on the official websites jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in and neetug.jceceb.org.in.

All those students who had registered and had filled their choices and also locked them for the first round are now eligible to check the provisional seat allotment list. 

Students have to download their allotment letter, report to the allotted institute and complete the document verification process after the release of the result. The entire admission process for round 1 is set to be completed between 18th August, 2025 and 24th August, 2025.

• Visit the official website – jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in or neetug.jceceb.org.in.

• Click on the “NEET UG 2025 Counselling” tab on the homepage.

• Find and click on the link “Round 1 Seat Allotment Result (MBBS/BDS) 2025”.

• Enter the User ID / Application Number and Password / Date of Birth, and enter the captcha code if asked.

• Click on “View/Download Allotment” and the PDF file will open in a new window.

• Save the PDF file on your computer or mobile and print the same.

• Verify all your details such as Name, Roll Number, NEET Rank, Score, Allotted College, Course and Category.

• Once all the details are verified, download the Allotment Letter from the same portal.

Following the Jharkhand NEET UG 2025 Counselling Round 1 results, students will enter one of two scenarios depending on their seat allocation status. 

If You Are Allotted a Seat

In this situation, after you have downloaded your allotment letter from the official site, you will have to report to your allotted college during the period of 19–24 August 2025 along with all the original documents for verification of those documents. After successful verification, you will have to pay the admission fees to secure your seat in the college. If you wish to change your college, you can still participate in the Upgradation process in Round 2.

If You Are Not Allotted a Seat

In this case, students will have to wait for Round 2 counselling, during which all the leftover seats will be offered to students. During this, students will also have the option of editing their choices. They can also rearrange their choice list if they wish to improve their chances of getting a seat in a particular college.
