If a candidate forgets their registration number, they can retrieve it by following these steps:
Steps to retrieve the registration ID:
Go to the official website of NTA NEET - neet.nta.nic.in.
Click on “Forgot Registration Number”.
Enter the following details: Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name, Category, Date of Birth, and Security Pin.
The registration number will be displayed on the screen.
Copy the number and use it to download the admit card.
On the day of the NEET 2025 exam, students must carry some important documents along with the NEET 2025 admit card. Without documents, you will not be allowed to sit in the exam hall.

Valid ID proof (e.g., PAN card, driving licence, voter ID, passport, Aadhaar card with photograph, ration card, or any other government document)

There are some important points that candidates must know about the NEET 2025 admit card.
The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to fulfilling eligibility conditions.
Candidates must download the Admit Card from the NTA website and appear for the examination at the given center on the specified date and time.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center on any date or time other than that mentioned on their admit card.
If a candidate is unable to download their Admit Card, they may contact the NTA Help Line between 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM or email neetug2025@nta.ac.in.
Candidates must carefully read the instructions given in the information bulletin as well as on the Admit Card and follow them during the exam.
In case of any discrepancy in the candidate’s details, photograph, or signature on the Admit Card, candidates should contact the NTA Helpline immediately. They may still appear for the exam with the already downloaded admit card, but corrections will be made later.
Important Note:
The Admit Card will not be sent by post.
No duplicate Admit Card will be issued at the exam center.
Candidates must not mutilate the Admit Card or change any details on it.
Candidates should preserve their Admit Card for future reference.
Admit Cards will not be issued to candidates whose applications are incomplete or do not meet the eligibility criteria.
The issue of an Admit Card does not confirm eligibility; it will be further scrutinized in later stages of the admission process.
