NEET 2025 OMR Response Sheet Challenge Window Closed

NEET 2025 OMR response sheet challenge window officially closed on June 5, 2025, at 11:50 PM. The National Testing Agency (NTA) had sent scanned images of the NEET UG 2025 OMR response sheets to candidates’ registered email addresses. Along with this, the provisional answer key and recorded responses were released on the official website. Candidates can no longer submit objections on neet.nta.nic.in.

NEET 2025 OMR Response Sheet 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) had released the official NEET UG 2025 OMR response sheets, and the challenge window remained open from June 3 to June 5, 2025. During this period, candidates were allowed to view their scanned OMR sheets and raise objections if they found any discrepancies. After the deadline, no further objections were accepted. Candidates were advised to check their responses carefully and submit challenges within the specified time.

How to Download NEET 2025 OMR Response Sheet

Students can follow the steps below to download their NEET OMR response sheet 2025 from the official website:

• Go to the official NEET website - neet.nta.nic.in

• On the home page, look for the link that says “OMR Response Sheet NEET 2025”

• Click on the link

• You will need to enter your application number, date of birth, and security pin

• After login, you will see your OMR response sheet on the screen

• Click on the download button and save it as a PDF file.

Step to Challenge OMR Answer Sheet / OMR Response Sheet

If you find any error in your OMR response sheet or think your recorded answers were not captured correctly, you can challenge them through the official NEET website. Follow the steps below to submit your challenge:

• Visit the official NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in

• Click on “Display OMR Answer Sheet / Challenge Recorded Response and Answer Key”

• Log in using your Application Number and Password

• In the left panel, click on “OMR Challenge”

• Click on the “OMR Challenge Link” to view your OMR sheet

• Scroll down and click on “Challenge Recorded Response”

• Select the questions you want to challenge

• Check the “Captured Response as per OMR Sheet” column to see what was recorded

• In the “Candidate’s Claim” column, choose the correct response you had marked

• Scroll down and click “Submit”

• Review the questions you have challenged

• Click “Submit and Pay Fee Finally”

• Pay ₹200 per question using any available payment method

• Download or print the receipt after successful payment for your records.

It is important to note that the NTA will review all challenges. If your challenge is correct, they will make the change in the final result.

After Challenging NEET OMR Response Sheet 2025

Once candidates submit their challenges against the NEET 2025 provisional answer key or OMR response sheet, the National Testing Agency (NTA) will review all objections carefully with the help of subject experts.

• If the challenges are found valid, necessary corrections will be made in the final answer key. Candidates will not receive individual updates regarding the status of their objections.
• The final evaluation of answer sheets will be done based on the revised answer key, and the NEET 2025 results will be prepared accordingly and announced after the challenge process is complete.
