These documents are non-negotiable. Without them, entry to the exam centre may be denied.

Must be printed clearly (preferably in colour)
All details (photo, signature, barcode) should be visible.
Same photograph as uploaded in the NEET application form

You may be asked to paste it on the attendance sheet at the exam centre.
