  3. Log in using your Application Number and Password.

  4. Complete the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.

  5. Carefully review your scanned OMR sheet and recorded responses.

  6. Select the question(s) where you believe a discrepancy exists.

  7. Choose the response that you had actually marked in the examination.

  8. Pay the ₹200 processing fee per challenged response through the available online payment modes.

  9. Submit the challenge.

  10. Download and save the acknowledgement receipt for future reference.

  • Responses marked with a completely darkened circle using a blue or black ballpoint pen are considered valid.

  • Multiple marked options for a single question are treated as invalid.

  • Challenges submitted without payment will not be considered.

  • Keep a copy of the acknowledgement receipt for future reference.

  • Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the OMR image may invite action under NTA's Unfair Means (UFM) rules.

What Happens After the OMR Challenge Process?

After the objection window closes on July 15, 2026, NTA will review all valid challenges submitted by candidates.

If any discrepancy is found in the recorded responses due to an error in the scanning process, the necessary corrections will be made. These verified responses will then be used to prepare the NEET UG 2026 Re-NEET result.
