UP NEET Counselling 2025 Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 of UP NEET UG 2025 counselling have the option to withdraw their admission. They can withdraw their seats before the Round 2 choice-filling window opens. If they choose to withdraw within this free-exit window, the security deposit is refundable. However, there might be some specific conditions:

• For government colleges, the security deposit is refunded in full except for the admission fee.

• For private colleges, the tuition fee is refunded. However, institutional rules may govern partial deductions.

Moreover, only the withdrawal completed at least two days before the Round 2 choice-filling window opens will be eligible for a refund.

Download your allotment letter from upneet.gov.in between August 18–23 or August 25–26. Report to the allotted college on time with all required documents and pay the admission fee to confirm your seat. If you do not wish to join, withdraw before Round 2 choice filling to get your refund.

If Not Allotted a Seat in Round 1
