The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has published the GUJCET counselling 2026 Round 2 seat allotment list for Degree Engineering admission in Gujarat. The allotment has been processed using four inputs: the candidate's GUJCET or JEE Main merit rank, the reservation category claimed, the order of preferences locked during Round 2 choice filling, and the number of seats actually vacant at each participating institute after Round 1 confirmations closed.
Candidates who filled and locked their choices between July 10 and July 13 can now sign in to the ACPC admission portal with their User ID and password to check whether a seat has been allotted, which institute and programme they have received, and what the reporting schedule looks like.
The provisional allotment letter carries the allotted institute name, the branch or programme allotted, the reporting window, and the specific admission instructions each candidate must follow. This letter is not the final admission — it becomes valid only once the token tuition fee is paid and the admission letter is generated on the portal.
Open the official ACPC admission portal — gujacpc.admissions.nic.in
Click on the Degree Engineering / BE-B.Tech section on the homepage.
Select the link for the Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2026.
Enter your User ID (application number) and password, then submit.
Your Round 2 allotment status will open on the candidate dashboard.
Click Pay Token Tuition Fee and complete the payment online.
Once payment is confirmed, download and print the provisional allotment letter and the fee receipt.
Save multiple copies — both are mandatory at the time of institute reporting.
Tip: Use a desktop or laptop browser. Portal slowdowns are common on the first evening after allotment and on the final fee-payment day.
Candidates who have secured a seat must complete every step below in sequence:
Download the provisional allotment letter from your ACPC dashboard.
Pay the prescribed token tuition fee online through the counselling portal by July 19.
Report to the allotted institute within the schedule printed on your allotment letter.
Complete document verification at the institute with all original certificates.
Follow the admission confirmation instructions issued by ACPC.
Failure to complete these formalities will result in the loss of the allotted seat — the vacancy is then released back into the pool for Round 3.
Candidates who are unhappy with the allotted institute or branch can wait for the next round of counselling, subject to the guidelines issued by ACPC. The Round 3 allotment list will be declared on July 25.
Two things every candidate must understand before deciding:
Holding the seat while trying for an upgrade is the safer route. If you pay the token fee and remain in the pool, you protect your current seat while staying eligible for a better preference in Round 3.
Withdrawing entirely is a separate action. ACPC has opened an online withdrawal window from July 15 to July 19 for candidates who wish to exit the Round 2 allotment.
If a new seat is allotted in Round 3, the Round 2 seat stands automatically cancelled — the same rule that applied when Round 2 replaced Round 1 allotments.
Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website for updates on vacancy positions, subsequent counselling rounds and any revised schedule.

Carry originals plus two sets of self-attested photocopies:
ACPC provisional allotment letter and token fee payment receipt
GUJCET 2026 / JEE Main 2026 scorecard
Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets
School Leaving Certificate (LC)
Gujarat domicile / nativity certificate
Category certificate (SC / ST / SEBC / EWS / PH), if claimed
Non-Creamy Layer certificate, if applicable
Aadhaar card

Every detail must match your ACPC online application exactly. A mismatch in name spelling, category or date of birth is the single most common reason seats are cancelled at the verification stage.
