The AIBE 21 remains a 100-mark assessment covering the backbone of Indian jurisprudence, including Constitutional Law, IPC, Evidence Act, Family Law, and Cyber Law. To secure your Certificate of Practice (CoP), you must meet the following cut-offs:
General/OBC: 45%
SC/ST/Differently-Abled: 40%
Pro-Tip: Focus heavily on the Indian Penal Code and Constitutional Law, as these historically carry significant weightage in the 100-mark paper.
The recent AIBE XX results released on January 7 show a competitive landscape. Out of 2,51,968 candidates, only 1,74,386 qualified—a 69.21% pass rate. With more candidates appearing every year, early preparation for the June 7th exam is vital.
