
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially declared the results for the CS Professional and Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) December 2025 session today, February 25, 2026. Thousands of aspiring Company Secretaries can now access their subject-wise marks and qualifying status via the official portal.
The CS Professional result was made available at 11:00 AM, while the CS Executive result followed at 2:00 PM. Kinjal Ajmera has emerged as the All India Rank (AIR) 1 topper for the Professional Programme, while Anisha Darshan Keswani secured AIR 1 in the Executive Programme.

Follow these verified steps to download your scorecard without delay:
Step 1: Navigate to the official ICSI website: icsi.edu.
Step 2: Locate the "Examination" tab and click on the "ICSI CS December 2025 Result" link.
Step 3: Select your specific programme (Executive or Professional).
Step 4: Enter your Roll Number and 17-digit Registration Number.
Step 5: Hit "Submit." Your result-cum-marks statement will appear.
Step 6: Download and print a copy for your records.
For Executive Programme: ICSI will not issue any physical copies of the result-cum-marks statement. Candidates must download the e-result-cum-marks statement from the website immediately.
For Professional Programme: Hard copies of the marksheets will be dispatched to the candidates’ registered addresses. If you do not receive it within 30 days, contact the institute at exam@icsi.edu.
