New Delhi | July 14, 2026 — The long wait for thousands of Company Secretary aspirants ends tomorrow. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is set to declare the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) June 2026 result on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM. As per the official announcement, the result — along with each candidate's subject-wise break-up of marks — will be published on the institute's official website, icsi.edu.
What makes this declaration a landmark moment is the exam behind it. The CSEET June 2026 session, held from June 1 to June 4, 2026, was the first-ever offline, centre-based test in ICSI's history. Every previous session, including the January 2026 exam, was conducted in remote-proctored online mode. With the switch to a pen-and-paper format across a four-day schedule, tomorrow's result becomes the first-ever scorecard issued under ICSI's completely restructured pattern — a detail that sets this result cycle apart from anything candidates have seen before.
ICSI has confirmed that the formal e-result-cum-marks statement for the CSEET June 2026 exam will be uploaded to the website immediately after the declaration of the result. Candidates should note that no physical copy of the result-cum-marks statement will be issued by post, so downloading and saving the PDF is essential for future admission and registration into the CS Executive Programme.
Candidates can follow these steps to download the CSEET scorecard once the link goes live at 2 PM:
Visit the official ICSI website at icsi.edu.
Click on the "CSEET June 2026 Result" link on the homepage.
Enter your Registration Number / Application Number and Date of Birth.
Submit the details to view your result.
Your CSEET June 2026 scorecard with subject-wise marks and qualifying status will appear on screen.
Download and save the PDF for future reference.
Because heavy traffic often slows the portal in the first hour, candidates are advised to keep their credentials ready before the link activates.
To be declared PASS in the CSEET June 2026 examination, a candidate must secure at least 40% marks in each paper and a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate across all papers. Candidates who fall short on either criterion will not qualify for the next stage. Those who clear the exam become eligible to enrol in the CS Executive Programme, the second stage of the Company Secretary course.
A candidate who wishes to have their marks re-checked may apply for verification of marks in any subject(s) of the CSEET within 21 days from the date of declaration of the result. Applications must be submitted through the SMASH portal login account by paying Rs 250 per subject, which is a non-refundable fee.
As per the official notice, the online facility for applying for verification of marks will be operative from July 16 to August 5, 2026. Candidates should note once again that no physical result-cum-marks statement will be dispatched.
For context, ICSI had earlier declared the CSEET January 2026 session result on January 20, at 2:00 PM on the official website — the same 2 PM release timing being followed for the June session.
Candidates are advised to rely only on the official website, icsi.edu, and avoid third-party or unofficial links while checking their CSEET June 2026 result.
