4. Assistant Quality Control Officer — Grade A0 — M.Sc. Chemistry (or allied specializations), 60%/55% marks, with 2 years' experience in petroleum/petrochemical testing or an NABL-accredited lab. Age limit: 30 years.
5. Diploma Engineer — Grade E0 — 3-year Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Safety-related engineering streams, 65%/55% marks. Age limit: 26 years.
Age relaxation applies as per Government of India norms for OBC-NCL, SC/ST, EWS, PwBD, and Ex-servicemen categories.
The Computer Based Test comprises 100 objective-type MCQs across two sections:
Section A – General Aptitude (60 minutes): Quantitative Aptitude (20 Qs), Logical Reasoning (15 Qs), Verbal Ability (15 Qs)
Section B – Domain Knowledge (90 minutes): 50 questions
Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted per wrong answer. Qualifying cutoffs: 40% per section + 45% overall (General/EWS/OBC-NCL); 35% per section + 40% overall (SC/ST); 25% per section + 30% overall (PwBD). CBT centres are spread across 83 cities including Delhi, Noida, Lucknow, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
