
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to release the JEE Main Session 2 Admit Card 2026 for candidates appearing in the first phase of the April session (April 5, 6, 7, and 8). Aspiring engineers can access their hall tickets on the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in, using their application number and date of birth.
With over 12 lakh students registered for the Session 2 exams, the competition is at an all-time high. To ensure a smooth examination process, NTA has released a comprehensive set of guidelines ranging from reporting timings to a strict "No-Bar" dress code.

Visit jeemain.nta.ac.in.
Click on the link "Download Admit Card for JEE (Main) 2026 Session 2".
Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth.
Submit and download the PDF.
Pro-Tip: Take at least two color printouts for clarity at the frisking counter.
Candidates must strictly adhere to the reporting time mentioned on their admit cards to avoid last-minute disqualification.

To prevent malpractice and technical interference, NTA has enforced a strict dress code:
Footwear: Thick-soled shoes and high-heeled sandals are PROHIBITED. Wear light sandals or slippers.
Clothing: Clothes with large buttons, long sleeves, or many pockets are not allowed. Opt for simple T-shirts and trousers.
Jewelry: Metallic items, including rings, nose pins, bracelets, and necklaces, must be removed before entering.
Religious Attire: Candidates wearing specific religious attire (like Kirpan or Hijab) must reach the center at least 1 hour early for thorough checking.
Aadhaar Verification: Candidates are advised to carry their Aadhaar Card for biometric authentication.
Prohibited Items: No electronic gadgets, watches, calculators, or bags are allowed inside the hall.
Rough Work: A pen and paper for rough work will be provided in the exam hall. Candidates must write their name and roll number on the sheet and drop it in the designated box before leaving.
