Important: Screenshots or soft copies on your mobile phone are NOT accepted at the examination centre. A clear printed copy is mandatory.
Your JIPMAT 2026 Hall Ticket contains all the critical information for exam day. Check that each of the following is clearly visible and correct after downloading:
Candidate's Full Name, Photograph, and Signature
Application Number and Roll Number
JIPMAT 2026 Exam Date (June 7, 2026) and Reporting Time
Exam Centre Name, Code, and Full Address
Shift and Exam Timing (3:00 PM to 5:30 PM)
QR Code and Barcode (must be clearly visible and unobstructed)
Exam Day Instructions and Guidelines
NTA has specifically advised all candidates to ensure the QR code and barcode are clearly printed and visible. A blurred or smudged barcode may create complications at the entry gate. If your printout quality is poor, reprint immediately.
On June 7, 2026, you must carry the following to the examination centre without fail:
Printed copy of the JIPMAT 2026 Admit Card (mandatory entry document)
Original Photo Identity Proof — the same ID that was uploaded during the online application process. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Driving Licence.
A PwD or PwBD Certificate, if applicable.
Note: The City Intimation Slip released on May 27, 2026 is NOT a substitute for the admit card. It was issued only to inform candidates about their allotted exam city for travel planning. The admit card is the only valid entry document.
Frequently Asked Question (In-Article): Can I use the City Intimation Slip instead of the Admit Card at the exam centre?
No. The City Intimation Slip is not a hall ticket. It is only used to identify your exam city for travel arrangements. You must carry the official JIPMAT 2026 Admit Card downloaded from exams.nta.nic.in/jipmat on exam day.
If you are unable to download your JIPMAT 2026 hall ticket or notice any discrepancy in the information printed on it — such as a wrong name, date of birth, photograph, or exam centre — do not panic. Take action immediately:
Call the NTA Help Desk at 011-40759000. The helpline operates from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Write to NTA via email at jipmat@nta.ac.in with details of the error.
Carry documentary evidence (such as your application form or ID proof) to support your correction request.
Do not ignore discrepancies hoping they will be resolved on exam day. The entry gate at the examination centre does not have authority to correct admit card errors. Contact NTA before June 7, 2026.
Frequently Asked Question (In-Article): What should I do if my name is incorrectly spelled on the JIPMAT 2026 Admit Card?
Contact the NTA Help Desk at 011-40759000 or email jipmat@nta.ac.in immediately with your application number and supporting documents. Do this well before June 7, 2026.
JIPMAT (Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test) is conducted by NTA on behalf of IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya. It serves as the gateway to the prestigious Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM), a direct undergraduate-to-MBA pathway offered by two of India's premier Indian Institutes of Management. Candidates who clear the JIPMAT 2026 cutoff will be considered for the IPM batch commencing in 2026, making this one of the most important management entrance exams for Class 12 pass-outs and students currently in their final year of senior secondary education.
Read the instructions printed on the admit card completely before June 7.
Reach the exam centre at least 60 minutes before the reporting time.
Do not carry electronic devices, mobile phones, or smartwatches into the examination hall.
Carry a working ballpoint pen, as some centres require it for rough work.
Keep your water bottle and other permitted items as per NTA guidelines.
Familiarise yourself with the exact exam centre address in advance using the City Intimation Slip issued on May 27, 2026.
Once the exam concludes on June 7, 2026, NTA is expected to release the JIPMAT 2026 Provisional Answer Key within a few days, followed by a window for raising objections. The JIPMAT 2026 Final Answer Key and Result will then be declared on the official website. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview (PI) rounds by IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya separately. Candidates should keep checking exams.nta.nic.in/jipmat and the official NTA website regularly for all post-exam updates.
