RRB Group D Answer Key 2026 Live at rrb.digialm.com: Download Response Sheet, File Objections — Direct Link and Last Date

The Railway Recruitment Board has activated the RRB Group D Answer Key 2026 (CEN 09/2025) on 7 September 2026 at rrb.digialm.com. Roughly 52.39 lakh candidates who sat the CBT between 3 and 25 August can sign in using their Registration Number and Date of Birth to pull up their provisional key, response sheet, and question paper. Challenges cost ₹50 per question and are refunded only when a challenge is upheld. The closing date is widely listed as 15 September, but the official notice timing suggests 17 September (11:55 PM) — so treat 15 September as your safe cutoff and reconfirm regionally. Results are anticipated around October–November 2026.

One of the country's biggest recruitment pools finally has something to act on. On the evening of 7 September 2026, the Railway Recruitment Board switched on the RRB Group D Answer Key 2026 for candidates who wrote the Computer-Based Test under Centralised Employment Notice CEN 09/2025, and the login window at rrb.digialm.com is now open.

The numbers explain the buzz. Close to 52.39 lakh people sat this exam across staggered shifts through August, all competing for 22,195 Level-1 vacancies spread across the railway zones. With that kind of ratio, a single question can decide whether you clear the cut-off — which is exactly why the answer-key stage deserves your full attention rather than a quick glance. This is your window to confirm what the system recorded against your name, work out a realistic score, and formally push back on any answer you can prove is wrong.

Along with the provisional key, the board has also opened access to your individual response sheet, the shift-wise question paper, and a side-by-side view of your marked options against the answers RRB is treating as correct — enough to reconstruct your attempt in full before the result is out.

How to Download Your RRB Group D Answer Key 2026 (Step-by-Step)

Everything sits behind a login, so keep your details handy before you start.

  1. Head to your regional RRB website, or go straight to rrb.digialm.com.

  2. Open the link flagged as "CEN 09/2025 Group D (Level 1) Answer Key" on the homepage.

  3. In the candidate login box, key in your Registration Number and Date of Birth, then clear the Captcha.

  4. Hit Submit to load your question paper, your recorded answers, and the official correct options.

  5. Save the response sheet as a PDF so you can compute your raw score at leisure.

A practical reminder: download and store both the response sheet and the question paper on your device now. Once the objection window shuts, the portal often pulls this access.

How to Raise an Objection Against the RRB Group D Answer Key 2026

Spotted a wrongly keyed answer, a question with two defensible options, or a translation slip? You can dispute it — but only with backing.

Inside your candidate login, open the "Objection" tab, pick the relevant Question ID, and choose the type of complaint you're filing — typically incorrect answer key, ambiguous question, multiple correct options, or a translation error. Write out your reasoning in English and attach a credible reference source that supports your case. Then clear the fee — ₹50 for each question you challenge — using UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking, and save the acknowledgement slip.

Here's the detail most candidates misread: that ₹50 is not automatically forfeited. If the panel of experts agrees your objection is valid, the amount is returned to the account you paid from, after any applicable bank charges are deducted. What doesn't come back is money spent on vague, unsupported challenges — those get thrown out, fee and all. So challenge selectively and only where your evidence is solid.

The Deadline You Need to Get Right

This is the one point where candidates are most likely to slip up. Almost every major education portal is listing the objection window as closing on 15 September 2026. The official notification's own timing, however, reads a little later — up to 17 September 2026, 11:55 PM.

Don't try to be clever with the gap. Plan around 15 September as your hard internal deadline, and separately reconfirm the precise date and time on your own zone's RRB portal. Once RRB rules on the objections, that decision is final and not open to further appeal, so there's no room to submit late.

How to Estimate Your RRB Group D Marks

The marking pattern is uniform: every correct answer earns 1 mark, each wrong one costs a third of a mark, and questions you left blank cost nothing.

Formula: Raw Score = (Correct × 1) – (Wrong × 0.33)

Quick example — say you got 70 right and 15 wrong. That's (70 × 1) – (15 × 0.33) = 70 – 5 = 65 raw marks.

Treat that as an estimate only. Because the paper ran across multiple shifts, RRB applies normalisation to level out differences in difficulty between one shift's paper and another's. Depending on how hard your particular slot was, your final normalised figure can land a little above or below the raw number you calculate.

RRB Group D Result 2026 — The Road From Here

The answer key is simply the first checkpoint in a set sequence: provisional key, then the objection phase, then expert review, then the final key, then the result, followed by the Physical Efficiency Test, Document Verification, and the medical exam. After the objection window closes, RRB studies every valid challenge, publishes the corrected final key, and builds the result on that final version — not the provisional one.

On timing, expectations differ: some anticipate the result in October 2026, others push it to November. RRB hasn't committed to a date. Keep an eye on your regional RRB site for the result announcement, cut-off marks, and the PET/DV timetable.
