Once logged inside your custom candidate dashboard, click on 'Provisional Allotment Order'. Review the assigned college name, branch stream, and category allotment. Print at least two clear physical copies.
Getting a seat on the portal is only half the job. To avoid losing your slot, you must complete the absolute verification protocols outlined by the DTE:
Check the exact tuition fee amount specified on your printed provisional allotment order. You must pay this sum online via Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card directly through the payment gateway integrated into your candidate login dashboard. Once paid, click the "Self-Report Only" option to auto-generate your online self-reporting receipt containing a unique Admission Number.
Unlike previous years where online reporting sufficed initially, physical reporting at your allotted college is mandatory after the First Phase allotment. You must visit the campus physically on June 8 or June 9, 2026.
Critical Warning: If you fail to pay the prescribed fee online or fail to physically report at the designated campus by June 9, 2026, your provisional seat allocation stands automatically cancelled. The seat will slide into the vacant pool for the Final Phase, and you will hold no legal claim over it.

Jawaharlal Nehru Government Polytechnic, Hyderabad: Expected first-phase closing metrics for high-demand engineering tracks sit around the 800 to 1,500 rank range.
KDR Government Polytechnic, Wanaparthy: Highly favored for Civil and Mechanical streams, with regular open category ranks stretching between 15,000 to 19,000.

No. While initial certificate verification happened at designated HLCs, your final physical reporting after seat allotment must be completed strictly at the specific college campus assigned to you in your provisional allotment letter. Other regional institutes cannot process your admission entry.
If you want to try for a better college choice in the Final Phase, you should still pay the tuition fee and complete the online self-reporting process for your Phase 1 seat. This secures your current seat as a safe backup option. You can then participate in the Final Phase option entry starting June 16, 2026. If you get a better seat there, your Phase 1 seat automatically cancels; if not, your Phase 1 seat remains intact.
No. The original Transfer Certificate (T.C.) must be handed over permanently to the administration desk of the allotted polytechnic college to validate your admission. Only your other original academic and caste certificates are returned immediately after spot physical verification against your Xerox copies.
As per the official DTE schedule, the Final Phase slot booking for left-out candidates begins on June 15, 2026, followed by web option entry from June 16 to June 17, 2026. The Phase 2 provisional seat allotment will be announced on or before June 20, 2026.
