TN HSE Supplementary Revaluation Result 2026: The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, has declared the re-totaling and revaluation results for the Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) Supplementary exams 2026. Students who had applied for a recount or revaluation of their answer scripts after the supplementary exam results can now check whether their marks have changed, on the official website — dge.tn.gov.in.
This result pertains to students who appeared for the June/July 2026 HSE supplementary examinations and, upon being dissatisfied with their scores, applied for retotalling or revaluation after obtaining scanned copies of their answer sheets. As per the earlier notified schedule, applications for scanned copies were accepted at designated government examination centres, followed by the retotalling/revaluation application window, ahead of today's result declaration.
Only students whose marks have changed as a result of the re-totaling or revaluation process need to take any action. If a student's register number does not appear in the revised list, it means their marks remain unchanged from the previously declared supplementary result.
During re-totaling, answer scripts are rechecked for calculation errors, and any previously unevaluated answer or question is reviewed and awarded marks if found correct.
Students whose marks have changed must visit the official website and enter their register number and date of birth to download their revised Statement of Marks.
The date for issuing original mark certificates to candidates who have now passed the Higher Secondary exam following the revision will be announced separately by DGE at a later stage.
As per the process followed for the main and supplementary examination cycles this year:
Re-totaling fee: Rs 205 per subject (Rs 305 for subjects with two papers)
Scanned copy of answer script: Rs 275 per subject
Students can follow the steps below to check their revised marks:

Enter your register number and date of birth.

Students can also check the result through the SMS service using their registered mobile number, and via the alternate official portal, dge.tn.gov.in/results.html.
Students whose supplementary result has changed following revaluation — particularly those who have now cleared a previously failed subject — should watch for the official announcement regarding the issuance of original mark certificates. Those whose results remain unchanged do not need to take any further action, as their previously declared supplementary marks stand final.
