The NTA has issued a critical reminder: only those who successfully complete the fee payment by 11:50 PM on May 20 will be eligible for the hall ticket.

To ensure your application isn't rejected, follow these precise steps:
Official Portal: Visit ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Registration: Click on "UGC NET June 2026 Registration" and create your credentials.
Form Filling: Log in and enter personal details, educational qualifications, and subject choice.
Document Upload: Upload a scanned passport-size photo (10KB–200KB) and signature (4KB–30KB).
Fee Payment: Pay via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Confirmation: Download the Confirmation Page. This is mandatory for future reference.
Important Note: Double-check your Category, PwD Status, and Exam City choices. NTA has warned that corrections in these specific fields may not be permitted later.
General/Unreserved: ₹1,150
Gen-EWS/OBC-NCL: ₹600
SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender: ₹325
Eligibility Check: Candidates need a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories). Candidates in the final year of their PG or those with a 4-year undergraduate degree are also eligible to apply for JRF and PhD.
