The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has officially opened the UP Board 2027 registration window for students who will appear in the Class 10 (High School) and Class 12 (Intermediate) board examinations in 2027. The entire process is being conducted online through the official UPMSP portal, where affiliated schools must upload candidate details, deposit examination fees, and complete every registration formality within the prescribed deadlines.
Only students whose details are correctly uploaded and registered within the timeline will be eligible to sit for the UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 exams in 2027. This makes the registration stage one of the most critical steps for lakhs of students across Uttar Pradesh, who must coordinate closely with their schools to avoid last-minute errors or rejected entries.
Eligible students can access the registration window through the official portal at examreg.upmsp.edu.in. Since registration is handled at the institutional level, students should confirm with their school that their data has been entered and submitted correctly.

Visit the official UPMSP website at examreg.upmsp.edu.in. Click on the "High School and Intermediate Examination 2027 Registration" link. Log in using the institution (school) credentials. Enter and upload the required student details. Carefully verify every entry before final submission. Submit the registration form and save a copy for future reference.
After uploading candidate details, schools will be able to download the checklist of submitted information and cross-check key particulars to rule out mistakes that could affect a student's eligibility or future documents. Schools must verify:
Student's name Parent's/guardian's name Date of birth Subjects selected Photograph and other personal details
The board has clearly instructed institutions to verify all entries during the correction period. Importantly, no fresh student entries will be accepted during the correction window — only modifications to records already uploaded will be permitted. As stated in the notification, the uploading of new candidates remains restricted during this phase, so schools must ensure that every eligible student is added before the correction stage begins.
As per the UPMSP fee pattern, regular Class 10 (High School) students are charged a lower examination fee than Class 12 (Intermediate) students, with an additional charge applicable for any extra subject and a separate fee structure for private candidates. A late fee of ₹100 per student applies to registrations completed after the standard deadline. Students should confirm the exact applicable amount with their school, as the fee is collected by the institution and deposited into the treasury through a consolidated challan.
Students are strongly advised to stay in regular contact with their schools throughout the UP Board 2027 registration process. Confirm that your name, date of birth, parent's name, subjects, and photograph have been entered correctly, and follow up during the correction window (September 1–10, 2026) if any detail is wrong. A small error left uncorrected at this stage can create major problems later during admit card issuance, result, and certificate verification.
A separate notification regarding registration for private (individual) candidates is expected to be issued by UPMSP later. Students appearing privately should monitor the official portal for updates.
