Dissatisfaction: Any student who appeared in the 2026 exams and feels their marks are lower than expected.
No Minimum Marks: There is no minimum score required to apply; students who have failed can also apply.
All Streams: Applicable for Science, Commerce, and Arts.
Comprehensive: Revaluation applies to both theory and practical subjects.
Critical Alert: The scrutiny process primarily involves re-totaling and checking for unmarked answers. Your marks may increase, stay the same, or even decrease. Once the scrutiny result is declared in July 2026, it will be final.
The UP Board follows a "Hybrid" application model. Follow these steps to ensure your application isn't rejected:
Online Registration: Visit the official portal upmsp.edu.in and click on "Online Application for Scrutiny 2026."
Login: Enter your Roll Number and Center Code (found on your 2026 Admit Card).
Fee Payment: You must pay Rs 500 per subject via a Treasury Challan. This payment is made at any government treasury or authorized SBI branch.
Download & Print: Save the completed online form and the payment receipt.
Registered Post: Attach the original Treasury Challan to the printed form. Send it via Registered Post to the UPMSP Regional Office (Prayagraj, Meerut, Varanasi, Bareilly, or Gorakhpur) that covers your specific district.
Once the submission deadline of May 19 passes, UPMSP officials will re-examine the scripts to ensure:
No answer was left unmarked by the examiner.
Marks were correctly carried forward to the main page.
No totaling errors occurred in the final tabulation.
The UP Board Scrutiny Results 2026 are scheduled for release in July 2026. Students with updated marks will receive a fresh marksheet through their respective schools.
The last date for online registration and the postmark of the hard copy is May 19, 2026.
