Students can track their application or payment status through two official systems.
Visit the official scholarship portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
Click on the “Status” section.
Enter your registration number and date of birth.
Your application stage will appear (e.g., verified, pending at district level, or rejected).
The government’s payment tracking platform, the Public Financial Management System, allows students to check if their DBT transfer has been processed.
Steps to check:
Visit the PFMS portal.
Click on “Know Your Payment.”
Enter your bank name and account number.
Complete OTP verification linked to your Aadhaar-registered mobile number.
If the scholarship amount has been released, the payment status will appear in the system.
Even after verification, some students may face delays due to technical or documentation issues.
If the bank account is not properly mapped with the National Payments Corporation of India system, the DBT transfer may fail.
The income certificate details must match records available on the state e-District system.
Incorrect Aadhaar details or duplicate entries may lead to rejection during final scrutiny.
Applications submitted under certain admission categories without proper verification may be rejected during district scrutiny.
If your application status shows “Verified by District Committee” but the scholarship amount has not been credited even after the payment cycle begins, students should contact their institutional scholarship officer or district welfare office for clarification.
Most issues at this stage relate to documentation mismatch or banking verification errors.
