During the AIIMS Nursing Counselling Process 2024, when AIIMS Delhi announces the Seat Allocation results, candidates are presented with two choices. Firstly, they may opt to accept the allocated seat and withdraw from further Seat Allocation rounds. Alternatively, they can select the second option to accept the seat and engage in the second round. - After that, submit original certificates or a Demand Draft (DD) of INR 1 Lakh made payable to AIIMS MAIN GRANT, along with photocopies of certificates.
- The DD will only be refunded upon depositing the original certificates. Failure to submit original certificates during admission will result in cancellation.
- Additionally, candidates choosing this option cannot participate in subsequent counselling rounds.
- If candidates fail to report within the specified timeframe, their admission will be cancelled. They will become ineligible for further rounds but can participate in the Open Round of Seat Allocation.
- Firstly, report to the respective AIIMS campus on the specified date with the Offer Letter.
- Then, deposit original certificates or a Demand Draft (DD) of INR 1 Lakh payable to AIIMS MAIN GRANT, along with photocopies of certificates.
- The DD will only be refunded upon depositing the original certificates to join a seat in any round of seat allocation.
- Moreover, if a candidate who has chosen this option fails to report in person by the specified date, their admission will be cancelled. They will become ineligible for further rounds of Seat Allocation.
- In the 2nd Round of seat allocation, if a candidate who chose option 2 is allocated another seat, they must accept the seat allocated in the 2nd Round. The seat allocated in the 1st Round will be automatically released.
- Additionally, candidates cannot retain the seat allotted in the 1st Round if they join the seat allocated in the 2nd Round. Failure to join the seat allocated in the 2nd Round will result in a penalty of INR 1 Lakh.
