- Completed B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing/Regular course in B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university or institute.
- Registered as a nurse or nurse and midwife with the State Nursing Council. OR
- Diploma in General Nursing Mid-Wifery from a recognized Board of Council and 1 year experience in a minimum 50 bedded hospital after acquiring the educational qualification.
- Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife with the State Nursing Council.
