- Must have passed 12th grade with PCM/B (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology) and English, securing a 40 percent aggregate in the vocational ANM course from any institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
- Should have successfully completed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English, securing a 40 percent aggregate in the Vocational Stream-Healthcare Science from a recognized CBSE board/Centre.
- Should be a Registered ANM with a qualifying mark.
