INAO Registration 2025: The Homi Bhabha Science Education Centre (HBSEC), India is conducting the registration process for the INAO Examination, the second stage of the International Astronomy Olympiad. The HBCSE has started the INAO Registration 2025 on the official website https://secure.hbcse.tifr.res.in/ino/.
The deadline for the INAO Registration Process is 18 January 2025 (Saturday), and the INAO Examination will be held on 1st February 2025 (Saturday) between 09:00 am to 12:00 pm.
It is mandatory for students who have qualified for INAO 2025 to choose their INAO examination centers and complete the registration before the last date. To avoid disqualification from INAO 2025, shortlisted candidates must complete the registration process before the deadline.INAO Registration 2025
If you have qualified for INO 2025 in one or more subjects, please login using your NSE Roll No., date of birth and email id. You may choose the INAO examination centre during registration. No requests for change of examination centre will be entertained after INAO Registration closes on 18 January 2025. Indian National Astronomy Olympiad is the second stage in the selection process for the International Astronomy Olympiad (IAO), which in turn leads to the Orientation cum Selection Camp (OCSC) in Astronomy then PDT Following OCSC, the top-performing students are shortlisted to undergo the Pre-Departure Training (PDT) for the International Astronomy Olympiad. INAO Registration 2025 Link
The online registration process for the INAO 2025 by the HBCSE (Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education) has been started. Applicants must be submitted before the deadline for the INAO Online Registration 2025 i.e. 18th January 2025. Candidates must carry the required documents for the INAO Online Registration 2025 for the eligible candidates. Here we have attached the INAO Apply Online link for your easy access. Students who have qualified in multiple subjects in INO (and/or INMO) must declare their order of preference for attending OCSC/IMOTC during registration. - Upload Documents: Upload the necessary documents as specified.
- Submit the Form: Review and submit the registration form.
- Print Confirmation: Print the INAO confirmation page for future reference.
INAO Registration 2025 Application Fee
There is no application fee needed for INAO Registration 2025 as it has already been paid during the NSEA Registration Process, the first stage of the International Astronomy Olympiad.INAO Admit Card 2025
INAO Admit Card 2025 will be issued to the candidates who qualified the INAO Examination and have successfully registered for the INAO Registration otherwise they are disqualified from the examination. - Be an Indian citizen
- Have appeared for NSEA Examination.
- Have a date of birth between July 1, 2005 and June 30, 2010
- Have a valid proof of date of birth issued by a government agency
- Have been studying in India or an Indian school system since November 30, 2021
- Not have passed the class 12 board exam before November 30, 2024
- Not have started or plan to start studying at a university or equivalent institution by June 1, 2025
- Score equal to or greater than the Minimum Admissible Score (MAS). The MAS for a given subject will be 50% of the average of the top ten scores in that subject rounded off to the nearest lower integer.
- Score above the merit index.
